What I do on site

One technician, one call. I come to your clinic, service the unit, test it and leave you with the paperwork.

Annual service and validation

Service kit fitted, sensors calibrated, and the steriliser validated to AS/NZS 5369:2023. You get a full validation and service report for your records.

Repairs and fault finding

Diagnosis and repair of benchtop autoclaves, including MELAG and MELAG-built units such as DAC Professional and DAC Premium. Instrument hose repairs too.

Dentsply Sirona equipment

Annual service for Sirona Intego, Sinius and Teneo chairs, Cavitron ultrasonic scalers and endo motors, by a former Dentsply Sirona field technician.

Hi, I'm DJ

I spent 18 years as a workshop and field technician with Dentsply Sirona in Victoria and Queensland, looking after autoclaves, scalers, curing lights, lasers and Sirona chairs in clinics like yours.

AutoclaveDr is my own business. I keep it small on purpose: I do the work myself, I explain what I find, and I don't replace a unit that can be fixed.
